Head of Operations
Kirsty has over 20 years of administration experience and has worked in a number of organisations both private and government run. Starting at Allisons in 2014, Kirsty has progressed from processing client applications to Head of Operations; a role that encompasses everything from Compliance, HR and Accounts as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the office.
Kirsty is keen to ensure that the client experience and journey with Allisons Financial is an enjoyable one. She works with all members of the team to constantly improve our processes, ensuring clients return year after year.
