It was our first mortgage and needed someone to remove the jargon and help us understand the process. As my husband was a student, our situation was a little bit more difficult than the average application and we wanted to make sure we were getting the best deal. Allie was very friendly and easy to talk to on meeting, as was her assistant Kirsty. With both our first mortgage and re-mortgage, Allie and Kirsty were extremely efficient and always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Being able to go through the process over email made things much quicker and I never once had to worry or chase up a query as I knew it was being dealt with by people I trust.
